Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Certain items (opened skincare, personal care) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via mobile banking or bank transfer

Exchanges

Product exchanges are available for defective or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
